About Akbar Crafts

Akbar Crafts sells handcrafted wooden décor, kitchenware, gifts, accessories and other wooden products within Pakistan.

Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful personal shopping and information purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or another customer’s account
  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful technology

  • Submit false contact, account, delivery or payment information
  • Place fake orders or intentionally refuse confirmed orders

Customers under 18 should place orders with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, dimensions, prices and images.

Because products are handcrafted from natural wood:

  • Wood grain, colour and texture may vary
  • Minor differences in shape, pattern or finishing may occur
  • Product colours may appear different because of screen and lighting settings
  • Handmade products may not be completely identical to display images or one another

These natural variations form part of the character of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

Customers should review the product description, dimensions and intended use before placing an order.

Product Use and Safety

Products must be used only for their intended purpose and according to any instructions provided.

Decorative products should not be treated as children’s toys unless they are specifically described as suitable for children. Akbar Crafts is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, unauthorized alteration or use for an unintended purpose, subject to applicable law.

Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise.

We may update product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

If a product is displayed with an incorrect price because of a typing, system or technical error, we may cancel the affected order and inform the customer.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact you to offer an alternative, arrange a later delivery or cancel the affected item or order.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order through the website does not automatically mean that it has been accepted.

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm:

  • Your identity and contact number
  • Product and quantity
  • Delivery address
  • Order total
  • Customization details, where applicable

An order is considered confirmed after it has been accepted by Akbar Crafts.

We may refuse or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, incorrect information, pricing errors, delivery limitations, suspected fraud or inability to contact the customer.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within Pakistan.

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and remain available to receive courier calls. The payable amount should be ready when the parcel is delivered.

Repeated fake orders, unjustified refusals or misuse of Cash on Delivery may result in future orders being declined.

Free Delivery

Akbar Crafts currently provides free delivery on all orders within Pakistan.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

An order cannot normally be cancelled after dispatch. Customized or made-to-order products may not be cancelled once production has started.

Akbar Crafts may cancel an order before delivery if the product is unavailable, customer information cannot be verified, delivery cannot be arranged or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Customized and Made-to-Order Products

Customers are responsible for checking and confirming all customization details before production begins.

Customized products may have natural handcrafted variations and cannot be returned or cancelled simply because the customer changes their mind.

A customized product may be considered for replacement or refund if it arrives damaged or is materially different from the confirmed order.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy.

Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, photographs and an unboxing video where available.

Intellectual Property

The Akbar Crafts name, logo, product photographs, written content, graphics and website design are owned by or licensed to Akbar Crafts unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish or commercially use this content without prior written permission.

Customer Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a product review, photograph, testimonial or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person’s rights.

We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, unlawful, unrelated, promotional or inappropriate.

We will not publicly display private contact or order information as part of a review without permission.

We will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers and complete orders when normal operations resume.

By placing an order, you authorize us to use and share the information reasonably required to confirm, process and deliver your order.
