Akbar Crafts delivers handcrafted wooden products to customers across Pakistan. This policy explains our delivery areas, estimated delivery times, shipping charges and order-delivery process.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

Orders may be delivered through PostEx or another suitable courier and logistics partner, depending on the product size and delivery location.

Delivery to some remote or restricted locations may depend on courier-service availability. Our team will contact you if delivery cannot be arranged to the address provided.

Free Delivery Across Pakistan

Akbar Crafts offers free delivery on all orders across Pakistan.

No standard delivery charge will be added to your order. This also applies to larger products, although their delivery method and expected timeframe may differ.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most ready-to-ship products are delivered within 3 to 7 working days after order confirmation.

Working days do not include Sundays or public holidays. Delivery may take longer because of:

  • Remote delivery locations
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed as exact delivery dates.

Customized and Made-to-Order Products

Customized, personalized or made-to-order products may require additional production time.

The estimated production and delivery timeframe will be confirmed separately with the customer before the order is processed.

Order Confirmation

Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order, delivery address and product details before dispatch.

Orders containing incomplete or incorrect contact information may be delayed or cancelled if we are unable to reach the customer.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within Pakistan.

Please keep the payable order amount ready when the courier arrives. Customers should provide an active phone number and remain available to receive courier calls concerning delivery.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Recipient’s full name
  • Active phone number
  • House, shop or building details
  • Street or area name
  • City and province
  • Nearby landmark, where helpful

Akbar Crafts will not be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery address.

Delivery Attempts

The courier may contact you before attempting delivery. If you are unavailable, do not answer the courier’s calls or refuse the parcel without a valid reason, the order may be returned to Akbar Crafts.

Please contact us if you need assistance with a delayed or unsuccessful delivery attempt.

Order Tracking

Tracking information may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email or the courier’s tracking system where available.

Tracking updates are controlled by the courier and may sometimes take time to appear.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact Akbar Crafts with your order number.

We will check the shipment status with the courier and provide available information. Courier delays beyond our reasonable control do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or compensation.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

Please inspect the product after delivery. If the product arrives damaged or is different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours.

Keep the product and its original packaging and provide your order number, clear photographs and an unboxing video where available.

Approved claims will be handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
